Q: What areas do you cover? We have a wide service area! We cover all boroughs within London and the M25. We also travel up to 30 miles outside the M25, covering large parts of the Home Counties, including Surrey, Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, and Buckinghamshire. If you're unsure if we cover your postcode, just give us a call!

Q: What are your working hours? Our typical working hours are Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. We can sometimes accommodate bookings outside of these hours by special request. Emergency Flooding? Call 24/7 on 07424283700

Q: Do I have to sign a long-term contract? No. For our regular domestic cleaning services, we offer complete flexibility. There is no minimum-term contract, and you pay only for the service you use.

Q: Are your cleaners vetted and insured? Yes, absolutely. Your peace of mind is our top priority. All our cleaners are thoroughly vetted, reference-checked, and fully insured to work in your home.

Q: Will I get the same cleaner every time? Yes, for our regular domestic cleaning service. We believe in providing a consistent, personal service. You will have the same dedicated cleaner for every visit, so they get to know your home and your specific preferences.

Q: What happens if my regular cleaner is sick or on holiday? We will notify you as soon as possible and offer a replacement cleaner from our trusted team. We will ensure you never have to miss a scheduled clean.

Q: Do I need to be at home during the cleaning? Not at all. Most of our clients provide us with a key for access. We operate a secure, insured key-holding service, so you can go about your day and return to a spotless home.

Our Cleaning Services

Q: Do you bring your own cleaning equipment and supplies? For all specialist services (like carpet, upholstery, end of tenancy, and after-builders cleaning), we provide all professional-grade equipment and specialist cleaning solutions. For regular domestic cleaning, we can use your preferred products or provide our own—we'll discuss this with you at booking.

Q: How long will it take for my carpets to dry? Using our professional hot water extraction methods, most carpets are dry within 2-6 hours. This can vary depending on the thickness of the pile, the level of soiling, and the ventilation in the room.

Q: Do you move furniture to clean carpets? We will move light furniture (like coffee tables, chairs, and small sofas) to clean underneath. We ask that you please move any very heavy items (like wardrobes or beds) or fragile/valuable items before our team arrives.

Q: What is included in an End of Tenancy clean? Our End of Tenancy service is a comprehensive, top-to-bottom deep clean designed to meet the high standards of landlords and letting agents. It includes (but is not limited to) deep cleaning the oven, inside all cupboards and appliances, descaling bathrooms, and cleaning all woodwork, floors, and windows (internally).

Q: Do you offer discounts? Yes! Clients who use our regular domestic cleaning service are eligible for exclusive discounts on all our other services, including carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and more.
